William Raymond Michel age 80 of Park Falls, died on Saturday October 3, 2015 at Park Manor Nursing Home in Park Falls. He was born on September 23, 1935 in Glidden. The son of William and Sylvia (Mahonen) Michel. His early life and schooling where in Glidden. On October 27, 1973 he married Carol Segel in Glidden. He worked as a logger for Jake-Zach Logging in Glidden for many years. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, and football. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He is survived by: His wife Carol Michel of Glidden (2)Children: Christie (Lorenzo) Martinez of Appleton Daniel Michel of Glidden (3)Grandchildren: Cassandra Michel of Appleton Lorenzo Martinez of Appleton Angela Michel of Greenville, SC (1)Sister: Shirly Krueger of Nichols (1)Half-Sister: Debby Michel of Glidden and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. (1) Brother: Robert Michel Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Glidden. Rev. Dale Heinlien will officiate. Visitation will be held on Saturday October 17, 2015 at 10:00 am until the hour of service at the Church. Burial will follow at Mores Cemetery.
