William A. Fenzl age 85, of Park Falls, died on Monday December 19, 2016 at his home. He was born on February 24, 1931 in Park Falls, the son of Alois and Delia (Boyer) Fenzl. His early life and schooling were in Park Falls. After graduation he served in the United States Army during the Korean War and then attended bricklaying school in Milwaukee. On April 30, 1960 he married Grace Pauline Schroeder at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Butternut. William worked as a bricklayer and enjoyed working in the woods, woodworking, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Pauline of Park Falls (4)children: Anne (Mark) Anderson of Whitefish Bay John Fenzl of Apple Valley, MN Paul (Kim) Fenzl of Bayport, MN Jennifer (John) Wustrack of Richfield (10)grandchildren: Rachael, Gabriel, Simon, & Leah Anderson Matthew Fenzl Carter, Aspen, Jada, & Grant Fenzl Josephine Wustrack (3)brothers: Fr. Roderick Fenzl of DePere Lawrence Fenzl of Park Falls James (Cecelia) Fenzl of Park Falls and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and (2)sisters: Dorothy Schwartz and Mary Ann Kramer. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 23, 2016 at 11:00am from St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Park Falls. Fr. Shaji Pazhukkathara will officiate. Burial will follow at Nola Cemetery in Park Falls with military honors under the auspices of the Park Falls American Legion and VFW Posts. A visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 10:00am until the hour of the service.
