Marion Hilgart Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Marion Hilgart age 89, of Park Falls, died on Tuesday October 31, 2017 at Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls. She was born on March 21, 1928 in Park Falls, the daughter of Fred and Margaret (Hirtreiter) Haeussler. Her early life and schooling were in Park Falls. On July 29, 1950 she married Leonard A. Hilgart in Park Falls. Marion worked for her mother's grocery store and was a dedicated mother and homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by: (6)children: Margaret Gohde of Milwaukee Susan (Keith) Wheat of Denham Springs, LA Cathy Hilgart of Park Falls Brenda Hilgart of Wausau Carol (Vernon Peters) Hilgart of Green Bay Peter (Lauri) Hilgart of Park Falls (3)grandchildren: Cheri (Matthew) Edgens, Katie Peters, and Austin Hilgart her great-granddaughter: Nikki Edgens and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leonard in 2013 and her granddaughter Kimberly Wheat. Funeral services will be held on Monday November 6, 2017 at 11:00am from St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Park Falls. Fr. Shaji Pazhukkathara will officiate. Burial will follow at Nola Cemetery in Park Falls. A visitation will be held on Monday at the church from 10:00am until the hour of service.
